To embed an image, simply bracket its URL tightly with exclamation points in the body of a note.

• You might be surfing online and run across an amazing photo or graphic.
• You often just download the image into your hard drive, right? But these become difficult to SHARE.
• MetaNotes Picture Gallery lets you create an ONLINE SCRAPBOOK of your favorite pictures.
• You can use the techniques in this space to PUT PICTURES IN ANY SPACE IN YOUR METANOTES ACCOUNT.

• You’re using Firefox, right? Good!
• Just right-click the image and you’ll see a menu pop up.
• Select Copy Image Location.
• Great! Now the images’ URL is in your clipboard.

• as long as an image is already online, you can place it into a MetaNote just by getting its URL.
  • you can embed your facebook or myspace pictures
• if you need to put a new picture up on the web, there are many places that offer image hosting online for free or cheap.

Double-click the background to create a new note. Then just start typing. Hit TAB to save.
