find a blank area of space and double-click it. see what happened? a new note is created!!! just start typing into the SUBJECT line of the new note, and then hit return, and then start typing into the BODY of the new note. it’s a lot like writing an email to your future self.
you can change the background image of this or any space. you will need to find the image you want to replace it with first. just surf around until you find a background you like. then, in Firefox:
I am your friend, I am an account on MetaNotes that will periodically leave you notes in your account, I am here to help you get the most out of the MetaNotes system :)
that means your LIST OF SPACES
But you can click the little icon on the top-left of the note to WINDOWSHADE that note – try it now !!! This saves you a lot of space and creates room when you need it.
I’m leaving intro notes in all of your intro spaces to warm you up. After you’ve digested them, feel free to delete them with the X button on the top right corner of each note!
Here’s an example:
![]()
Enter the subject of the note first, then hit return, then start typing (or copy-paste something) into the body of your new note. Then you can slide the note all around the space, resize it, etc. You can have hundreds of notes on a page, and you have all kinds of space to fill up.
To create a NEW space with whatever name you want as the title, use the TOOLS -> CREATE SPACE menu option.
You can click on the outer yellow border of the ad block if you want to hide it!
we made the left border a little bit thicker in order to make it easy enough to click on.
this way the google ads don’t get in your way after you look at them.
