you should definitely be able to block bozos. like that fine grained access control shit, that would be what we want. obviously bozos can create a false new login very simply to route around such blocking. it’s all very thorny and growth curve. it’s actually really interesting to think about.

bad behavior should be thwarted by fear of the risk of community sanction.
