a story...

I worked at a fast food place once that had a special burger of the month. We were required to use plenty of adjectives to describe the burger when asked how it was or what was on it. I always secretly felt inferior to the kids receiving higher education, being in a college town. It doesn’t help that I’m dating someone that finished grad school with a 4.0 GPA. So, I decided to use plenty of big sounding phrases such as “mellifluous yet tangy” and “je ne sais quos” etc.
Lesson learned, no-one likes a sarcastic drive-through parrot.
