• Rehaul the admin panel (Part 1)
• Get the site to 99.9999999% uptime.
• Something more interesting with banned users
• Restricted Admin Accounts

I think I may move a couple of features from enhanced over to free as well. Some things that really dont add any server load:

• External CSS
• Post Format
• Obscenity Filter Replacement Text
• A single blocked user at a time.

I’m not so sure about this though, as it may upset people who may have upgraded to get to these features. And I’m feeling generous at the moment, we’ll see. Like say you got a bunch on there and url is www.smileys.com/pic.jpg and smileys.com gets shut down you gotta manually edit all pictures. Maybe make a backup file available for us to edit with.
