The black bar just goes away when I click on it, what else is it for? Firefox 2.0
Aside from the obvious ‘Where is the FAQ?’ how accessible are our Metanotes?
For instance, I could be using this is a brain-dump for a thinktank. However, being an elitest academic I would more than likely only want a select group to have access to the notes and information. So, is there a way to make a group space only accessible to certain users? Are spaces set up so that all notes are public, or only certain spaces are?
And of course, the deluge of other superfluous questions.
What does the collaborate button (under the space name) do? I click on it and it does nothing.
(Firefox 3 beta 5, if it matters)
I like the idea and form of the notes. But I would like to use it to keep notes on a writing project. I need to know that I can protect them (privacy).
And Just To Be Difficult…
I’d also like to see a better way of sharing ideas with others. As far as I can tell, there’s no real search possible. I like the idea of MNs and I recommend it to my friends.
come to the dark side. there’s cookies!
I’ve now edited Koroshiya’s note.
There- I edited it some more, but it shows no evidence of changed authorship?
This is a neat tool, fellas, but how’s it supposed to work? Maybe someone could post a link to a “here’s a great example of Metanotes” space. Just sayin’.
I’ve found in the lowe menu the “tags” funcion but it seem freeze? What I’m doing wrong?
It’s not clear how I can searc in my note. I can’t find the search box?
Right now, everything is wide-open, but you will eventually be able to control who gets to read/write to your spaces.
HEAVY LITTLE OBJECTS is alive again.
Wait – is this really an FAQ or a spamwall?
Where’s the authoring control? What are the rules? How’s the social-networking aspect work? And why are there no actual FAQs on this supposed FAQ space?
